Credentials Linda is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois and is a a Nationally Certified Psychologist. She also maintains an Illinois State Teacher Certification of K-9. She is a member of several other professional associations and community programs, which include American Counseling Association, the Illinois Mental Health Counseling Association, and a lifetime membership to Psi Chi. She was awarded Fellow status in the American Psychotherapy Association (APA) in 2007 after maintaining a Diplomat status for 9 years. Fellow status is reserved for those individuals who are able to meet the stringent requirements of the APA in the areas of knowledge, skill, education, training, and experience in the therapeutic process. The APA is an international membership association developed to bring together professionals from a variety of disciplines to advance the profession of psychotherapy and elevate standards of practice. Membership is comprised of almost 6,000 counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychoanalysts, pastoral counselors, nurse psychotherapists, and other psychotherapy professionals from around the world. Linda is continually earning Continuing Education Units in mental and physical health, as well as, connecting with other health professionals to provide the finest care for her clients.
