Linda is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois, a Nationally Certified Psychologist, and Mediator in the McHenry County area. She also maintains an Illinois State Teacher Certification of K-9. She is a member of several other professional associations and community programs, which include American Counseling Association.
She was awarded Fellow status in the American Psychotherapy Association (APA) in 2007 after maintaining a Diplomat status for 9 years. Fellow status is reserved for those individuals who are able to meet the stringent requirements of the APA in the areas of knowledge, skill, education, training, and experience in the therapeutic process. The APA is an international membership association developed to bring together professionals from a variety of disciplines to advance the profession of psychotherapy and elevate standards of practice.
