We are all experiencing speed bumps in life. Here is a place to help unload them, and come up with an alternative approach of walking through them. Stay calm within the chaos. Let go of the parts of your life that you honestly don't want. Do something today that your future self will thank you for doing.

Good News! "Brainstorming Round 2" will begin on January 28th at 10 am. We meet on Saturday's at 10 am. till 11:30. All are welcome to join us. Come on in once, twice or every week for thoughtful and meaningful writing and discussion.

Learn from facilitators how to express yourself through writing. Then join in the discussion. This group is for all ages and hopefully will call your name!

This self reflective journaling group will provide you with self awareness and give you insights from other people.

There is a one time charge of $25 which includes ongoing friendships, group support, a new fresh perspective and to top it off, a free journal.

Often we use the group room below or the art therapy center above for group meetings; hope you'll join us and enjoy our accommodations.
